KO PROPO America Mini-Z Grand Prix KO PROPO America is honored to have the Mini-Z Grand Prix II on April 24, 2010 hosted by Inside Line Racing in Cupertino, CA. The location of the event will be held in the Cupertino Square (Vallco) Mall. Sign-ups can be found here. Deadline for early entries are March 27, 2010. KO Propo American Mini-Z Grand Prix Rules and Regulations Ver.2 Electronics: AM 27 mhz, AD Band, ASF Batteries: NiMH only Body: Kyosho ASC with minimal modification, all windows must be used, check with race official before race Tire: Any rubber tire, no foam or traction compound to be used Transmitter: Any brand Expert Stock Class: Motor: Handout motor only, any tampering with motor will lead to disqualification Chassis: MR-01, MR-015, MR-02, MR-03, MA-010 Wing Height: Must be lower than roofline Rims: 8.5mm max. width ft, 11mm max. width rear, 21mm max dia., rim must fit inside body. Minimum weight: 170g Wheelbase: 102mm max. (LM bodies must be ran at 102mm) Sportsman Stock Class: Motor: Handout motor only, any tampering with motor will lead to disqualification Chassis: MR-01, MR-015, MR-02, MR-03, MA-010 Wing Height: Must be lower than roofline Rims: 8.5mm max. width ft, 11mm max. width rear, 21mm max dia., rim must fit inside body. Body: Hatchback body only Approved bodies: Mini Copper Toyota Vitz Honda Fit Lancia Delta VW Bug Race Format: There will be three five-minute qualifying runs for each class with a resort after every round. All mains will be single main format. Top Qualifier will be awarded to the racer with the highest lap count for a single heat. Winner will be decided by highest lap count in the main.
